in collaboration with Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia will be hosting

INTERNATIONAL OF CONFERENCE OF STUDENTS' DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT (ICSDM2021)

with the theme;

“CHALLENGES BEYOND CRISIS; GLOBAL STRATEGIC APPROACH”

The virtual conference will be held from 1 - 2 September 2021 and will be a combination of live and pre-recorded presentations, discussions and opportunities to socialise virtually across the globe.

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES

1. Improve the Student Management system during unexpected crisis situations.

2. Exposure of Student Management best practices based on new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and normal

3. Increase added value to customer satisfaction.

4. Transform crisis issues into challenges to improve the quality of service delivery to students
